Hi, I'm Pip Farquharson of Photography by Pip.

I grew up on a farm in Blayney in the Central West. I'm the youngest of five siblings, so yes I am the spoilt one! In my twenties I travelled and cooked in France and Scotland, which led me to a decade-long career in the food industry in Sydney...but I couldn't wait to move back to the country and start a family with my beautiful and very funny husband Jock.

We have two wonderful boys, Edward and Freddie. They have inspired me to capture all those special moments of family life.

I am very passionate about good food, wine, and especially family and good friends.

I love the visual feast these elements lend my life, and am constantly inspired to capture their colours and contrasts through the lense of my camera in interesting and unexpected ways.

I'm a firm believer in doing what you love, and feel extremely lucky to be able to pursue photography as a career and capture so many precious and joyful moments
